Terms of Service

Governing the provision, formulation, and global distribution of our high-performance lubrication solutions.

Effective Date: October 26, 2023

1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with our engineering and production facilities for the procurement, development, or distribution of industrial-grade greases, pastes, and specialty lubricants, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These conditions govern all interactions, encompassing standard inventory procurement and custom formulation (OEM/ODM) agreements. If you do not accept these terms in their entirety, you must not utilize our manufacturing or supply chain services.

2. Manufacturing Standards & Formulations

Leveraging 15 years of rigorous industry experience, we engineer solutions designed for extreme environments. The following conditions apply to our production processes:

  • Custom Specifications (ODM): Client-provided technical specifications must be finalized, documented, and officially signed off prior to the initiation of pilot batch production. Alterations post-approval may incur re-tooling or formulation adjustment fees.
  • Chemical Tolerances: All formulations are subject to standard industrial chemical tolerances. Specific performance metrics (e.g., thermal stability, shear resistance, kinematic viscosity) are guaranteed exclusively within the parameters defined in the final Technical Data Sheet (TDS).
  • Quality Assurance: We execute stringent internal quality control protocols. Third-party laboratory validation is available upon request and will be billed to the procuring party unless otherwise negotiated.

3. Global Compliance & Documentation

We are dedicated to facilitating seamless global trade through strict adherence to international regulatory frameworks.

Standard product lines are accompanied by comprehensive Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and conform to relevant directives (including RoHS and REACH) where explicitly stated. It remains the sole responsibility of the importing entity to ensure that the importation, storage, and application of our chemical compounds comply with all municipal, state, and national regulations within the destination jurisdiction.

4. Fulfillment, Logistics, & Risk of Loss

Due to the specialized nature of bulk chemical transport, order fulfillment is governed by the following:

  • Production Lead Times: Standard lead times are established upon order confirmation and receipt of initial payment. Custom formulations require extended timelines to accommodate R&D stability testing.
  • Packaging Integrity: Products are sealed in industrial-grade containers designed to withstand international transit. We guarantee packaging meets standard maritime and aerial freight requirements for non-hazardous or classified chemical goods.
  • Incoterms: Unless a separate Master Supply Agreement dictates otherwise, all international freight is executed under standard Incoterms (e.g., FOB Shenzhen, EXW). The risk of loss or chemical degradation transfers to the buyer immediately upon handover to the designated carrier.

5. Limitation of Liability

While our products are engineered to the highest industrial specifications, the end-use application, environmental variables, and integration of our lubricants into third-party machinery are entirely beyond our operational control.

In no event shall our corporation, its directors, or engineers be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the misuse, improper storage, contamination, or misapplication of our products. Our maximum cumulative liability under any circumstance, whether in contract or tort, is strictly limited to the invoiced purchase price of the specific production batch in question.

Procedural FAQ

How are Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) handled for proprietary formulations?
We execute strict, mutually binding Non-Disclosure Agreements prior to discussing any proprietary chemical requirements or ODM strategies. Your intellectual property, market positioning, and technical drawings are fully protected under international corporate law.
What is the protocol for reporting a batch defect?
Claims for chemical defects or packaging failures must be submitted in writing within 30 days of receipt at the destination port. Due to the sensitive nature of industrial lubricants, returns or credits are only processed if laboratory analysis confirms the product deviates materially from the agreed-upon Technical Data Sheet (TDS).
Are Certificates of Analysis (COA) provided with every shipment?
Yes. A detailed Certificate of Analysis (COA) is generated for every individual production batch to ensure absolute consistency and traceability. This critical documentation is provided digitally and hard-copied alongside the shipping manifest.
