How It Works? From Sample Analysis to Test Formula
Morelic first uses FTIR analysis to identify the main composition and approximate formulation direction of the customer sample. Then we test key grease parameters with conventional laboratory equipment. Based on the data, our engineers prepare Formula A/B/C, compare the results with the original sample and select the best 1–2 options for customer validation.
Sample Collection
Customer sends grease sample, current TDS or application information.
FTIR Analysis
Use infrared spectroscopy to understand main components and approximate formulation direction.
Parameter Testing
Test key grease properties such as consistency, oil separation, evaporation loss and friction behavior.
Formula A/B/C
Prepare several trial formulas based on analysis data and application requirements.
Validation
Compare trial formulas with sample data and send the best 1–2 samples for testing.
