Brake Maintenance Tips
- Clean all parts before applying the proper lubricant or protective agent.
- For used brake pads, sand the surface lightly before cleaning.
- Do not let any lubricant or protective agent touch the friction surface of the brake pad.
- Check other brake components, such as brake fluid, to avoid poor performance caused by unrelated issues.
- Press the brake pedal several times before test driving to eliminate installation gaps.

Step 1: Clean & Inspect
Remove old grease, dust and metal debris from Brake Disc, Caliper & Pads before reapplying. A clean surface ensures even lubrication and prevents brake noise or uneven wear.

Step 2: Lubricate Caliper Guide Pins
Use Morelic #202 Caliper Guide Pin Grease for smooth caliper movement and corrosion protection. It prevents sticking and ensures stable braking performance.

Step 3: Grease the Brake Pads
Apply Morelic #203 Brake Pad Grease to the back of pads (Never Front!) and contact points. It reduces squeaking, vibration, and provides long-lasting heat protection.

Step 4: Protect Wheel Hub & Axle
Use Morelic #204 Wheel Hub Anti-Seize Paste to prevent rust and sticking under high temperature. Keeps disassembly easy and wheels running smoothly.
